Not satisfied with your purchase and want to return it? You can always return the order to us within 14 days of receipt. Pay attention! We would like to receive the item back in its original condition (incl. labels) & packaging.

How does the return work?

1. Read the information below carefully and complete the digital returns form.
2. Pack the items in the original packaging (bag or box) and ensure that they are undamaged, clean and unworn.
3. Make sure that your own details and order number can be found in or on the packaging.
4. Please write the return address clearly on the outside of the package.
5. Take the package to a shipping point, such as PostNL, DHL, or another of your choice, within 14 days to return it.

Important information:

• The costs for returning your order are at your own expense*.
• You are responsible for shipping and delivery to the correct return address (see above address) of Webshop-outlet.nl. If the package is sent to a different warehouse than the above address, a processing fee of 5 euros will be charged.
• If the return package is damaged or lost, the risk is for the sender of the package. Therefore, always keep the receipt of the postal agency with which the package is sent.
• Clearly indicate your name, address and order number in the box of your return (without information we cannot link your return shipment and we cannot refund your purchase amount).
• Returns without sender are stored at our head office for a maximum of one month. The customer can report via customer service. After this period, the package will be processed through our own administration.
• Hygiene products such as mouth masks, latex gloves, brush heads or vibrators cannot be returned when the packaging is open.
• Licenses, courses and other digital products cannot be returned.
• If the product is damaged or the packaging is more damaged than is necessary to sell the product, we can pass on this depreciation of the product to you. So handle the product with care and make sure that it is well packed when returning.
• If you make use of your right of withdrawal, the product will be returned to the entrepreneur with all accessories supplied and – if reasonably possible – in its original condition and packaging. Send the packaging with care, please do not use duct tape for this.
• Fill in the form below. Filling in the return form must be completed within 14 days of receipt, after which you have another 14 days to return the package. After this, your right of withdrawal will expire.
• If your return has been approved, your return + shipping costs (outward journey) will be credited within 14 working days.

Do you want to return a rug (larger than 1.70 cm), chairs, dining table, arbor or box spring?
In connection with other return conditions, we would like to receive a message via klantenservice@webshop-outlet.nl. You will then receive a specific return form from us for the return of your order. The return takes place via a specific courier with whom a collection appointment is planned in consultation. Drop off at our head office in Joure is not possible.
If the return shipment does not meet the requirements, no acceptance will take place.

Do you want to return an air conditioner or air cooler?
air cooler: when returning an air cooler, the water container must be dry and clean. If the water bowl is wet/used or has lime edges, no return will be accepted.
Air conditioner: When returning an air conditioner, the air conditioner must be delivered dry. After use, the air conditioner can become slightly damp, so let the air conditioner rest for at least 24 hours before placing it back in the packaging.

In both cases: we would like to receive the product back in the product box. We appreciate it if no duct tape or other extreme types of tape are stuck on the box.

If your return does not meet the above requirements, it cannot be returned and your return will be refused. We may hold you liable for any depreciation that arises because there are traces of use (which would also not be accepted at a normal store).
