Do you get excited about helping people with questions about their (future) order and do you want to inform (future) customers about all the news from our webshops via the social media channels? Then there is really only 1 job suitable for you. Customer Service Employee for Webshop-outlet.nl and Schilderenopnummers.com.  

You are the first point of contact for new and existing customers with questions about our webshops. You support customers by telephone, email, social media and chat. In addition, you also handle any complaint completely so that the customer closes the case with a satisfied feeling. Through our social media you ensure that the (future) customer sees all new items from us and you respond to the news of the moment. You like to do different things within your position and continue to develop yourself within the company.

You are expected to look for the work yourself and take the initiative. In addition, you are flexible and do not shy away from taking an extra step during busy periods. A flexible attitude and perseverance are more important than the diplomas you can show.

Your profile:
– You are available at short notice
– You have at least MBO+ or HBO work and thinking level
– You have a 24/7 hands-on mentality
– You have a positive proactive attitude to work
– You are experienced with computers, internet and social media
– You have a good command of the Dutch language in word and writing
– You are flexible

In principle, the working hours are during office hours, but sometimes overtime has to be worked in the evening or on Saturday morning. In such cases, we expect our employees to have a flexible working attitude.

Webshop-outlet.nl consists of a small team, each with its own tasks. We are a webshop that focuses on items that we can offer at outlet prices. New items are added to our shop every week. We focus on the Dutch and Belgian market, but we also ship a lot to other EU countries. Every month we attract many visitors through various online channels, but we mainly focus on organic visitors. We are a recognized training company for MBO students.

What are you going to do specifically?

We are looking for an intern who can help us design flyers, banners, product photos and other design work. In addition, you will also help with our daily tasks in the company. You will work closely with the fun and dynamic team of Webshop-outlet.nl.

Tasks in brief:

• Designs online and offline communications that are in line with the Webshop outlet identity such as flyers, banners and social media posts.
• Edits, enhances and retouches photos.
• Monitors the brand identity so that all communications are in line with the Webshop-outlet.nl house style.
• Develops design templates for internal and external use
• Thinks along about images for advertising campaigns
• Supports the Webshop-outlet.nl team and assigns priority to the various tasks given
• Supports in developing videos
• Participates in other projects to be discussed

Who are we looking for?

• You are from Joure
• Background in graphic design, marketing or communication
• Thorough knowledge of Photoshop and an eye for design (experience with other Adobe design programs is a plus)
• Has training or experience in graphic design. (experience with web design and HTML is a plus)
• Experience with Mac operating systems
• Positive attitude and will to learn
• Organized and has an eye for detail
• Proactive and independent
• Available for an internship (min. 2 days a week)
