Running with Evy

For those who don't know Evy yet. Evy Gruyaert, a real Belgian with a soft G. She has developed a program in which you can run 27 kilometers in 5 lessons, with the help of her. In 2006 she developed two programs for 5 km and 10 km. In 2011, a new series of both distances was developed (of both distances) with new music. It varies per week how often and for how long you are allowed to walk or run. After 10 weeks, you can run for 30 minutes without a walking break.

Ideal because who doesn't know the excuses not to run? “It's raining”, “I'm too tired” and “I'm not the running type”. With Evy on your mp3 player you feel like going for a run several times a week. Every time a challenge to brave the rain or fatigue.
