REGS the solution for a car in water?

Every year 750 cars enter the water and this still causes too many victims. This can be prevented with a good emergency hammer. But because not everyone has an emergency hammer in the car or can't find it in all the panic, REGS has come up with something new. An automatic system that automatically breaks your car window when your car is flooded. This means you no longer need an emergency hammer and you have more time to escape. Because today's cars are fully electric, the windows no longer open when it comes into contact with water. Therefore, this system seems ideal for the future to build it as standard in every new car. Unfortunately, this is not yet the case and we will have to make do with an emergency hammer. Watch the operation of the new REGS system below in a video.

A lot will probably have to be done before the car market actually starts installing this system in all new cars, but it is possible. We couldn't find any prices yet for what this system should cost.

The emergency safety hammer

Because the REGS system is not yet fitted as standard in every car, we still have to make do with the emergency hammer. We are fans of the ResQme, not only because we sell it but because it really works. If your car is under water, you simply press the suspension system against the window and you can leave your car before it is too late. In the RADAR program a few years ago, the ResQme was named one of the best emergency hammers at the moment.
