When will my purchase amount be refunded?

You will receive your purchase amount within 14 working days after receipt of your returned order. You will receive a message via our system as soon as the refund has been processed.

Return costs

Costs for returning are for your own account. We offer our products at very competitive prices. Unfortunately, we cannot reimburse the return costs.
