We are sorry to hear that your order was defective or incorrectly received. Please wait a little longer before returning. In order to solve this as best as possible, we need some additional information. After completing the form, our customer service will contact you within 2 working days.
We will keep you informed of the further processing and of any costs for repair or replacement of the item. If we do not discover any defects during inspection after the return shipment, we will be forced to charge €35,00 for investigation costs.
