The online burnout course is intended for people who are currently experiencing burnout, but also for those who want to prevent burnout in the future.
Being under stress is not necessarily unhealthy. Stress is a natural phenomenon that everyone experiences from time to time.
But if the stress persists for a long time and there is no relaxation, we can speak of unhealthy stress. Unhealthy stress leads to overstrain or burnout if the signals are not recognized early and if no action is taken in time.
