Rebblo – Battle Rope – Fitness
Finish your workout with a battle rope! You might not think it, but a battle rope is the perfect end to a training because it is a combination of fitness and strength training. A training with battle rope is not only good for your endurance, you also train quite a few muscles with it. The ropes weigh a hefty 7,5 kg, so you put all your muscles to work. With battle ropes you train your abs, your arms, shoulders and leg muscles.
There are different variations for the battle rope, for example you can move the ropes to the left and right (Manual, picture 1) or up and down (Manual Picture 2 to 5). As you move the ropes up and down, you can choose to move the ropes up and down together (Picture 3) or alternately (Picture 2 and 4). You can also choose to add a jump to make the impact to the floor even heavier (Figure 5). Whichever variation you choose, you are guaranteed to feel it burn.
The battle rope is 9 meters long with a diameter of 38 mm and weighs 7,5 kg. Furthermore, the battle rope has soft grips so that you do not get any problems with your hands during use.
