Your return form has been WELL received!

You can now send your package to us. It is true that you will not receive a return label, because the costs of return are for your own account. This can be done with a delivery service of your choice.

Have you opted for an exchange?

As soon as the package has arrived here, you will receive your replacement product within a few days, if in stock.

Have you opted for a refund?

Within 7 working days of receipt at Webshop-outlet.nl, the package will be checked for approval by the Webshop-outlet.nl team. After approval, you will receive an email from our system and the money will be credited / the invoice will be deregistered from Riverty/Billink or IN10 within 3 working days.

Please read the following carefully:

1. Hygiene products such as brush heads, toe supports or armpit pads cannot be accepted when the package is open.
2. Products may not have been worn, nor will there be any acceptance in the event of stains or dirt on the product.
3. The product must be returned in undamaged and original packaging (bag or box). (labels are also included).
4. The costs for returning your order are for your own account.
5. You are responsible for the shipment and delivery at Webshop-outlet.nl, keep the receipt from the postal agency well.
6. Clearly state your name, address or order number with your return (without information we cannot link your return shipment and we cannot refund your purchase amount).

NB. Do you want to return a rug, bed or table (everything that arrived with a pallet shipment)? We would like to receive a message before you send it back to klantenservice@webshop-outlet.nl.

If your return does not meet these requirements, it cannot be returned and your return will be refused. If this is the case, you will be informed by e-mail.

We may hold you liable for any loss in value that arises because you have used the item in a different way than you would in a store..
