My product was not delivered within 48 hours, what now?

We state an expected delivery time on every product page. Have you received a shipping confirmation from us in your mailbox? Then your order is guaranteed to be shipped. Unfortunately, postal companies cannot guarantee 100% that all mail will be delivered the next day. I have not received a confirmation in my mailbox?

The confirmation email is automatically sent by our system. Still not received? Also check your junk mailbox. Isn't the email there too? Perhaps a wrong e-mail address has been entered? If so, you can always email us at klantenservice@webshop-outlet.nl.
